Drexel L. I’m on my 30th day of my 90 day fitness challenge. I am not trying to lose weight or gain muscle but maintain what I have created over the yr w/ running track and bodybuilding. I’m having great workouts and energy thru out the day. I feel good. I have visible abs. As a bodybuilder I only had abs when I was prepping for a competition or as a sports model when I had a photoshoot. With our products and me doing crossfit I’m in better shape…woohoo
